Area:
Locate in a nice building area,
with boulevards, restaurants, bars, fancy stores and a Mall.
Is perfect for those that wonder to knew the inside part of
Argentinean families.
From here you can do walking tours
visiting Av. Santa Fe (famous for their elegant stores and
its Mall), Old Palermo with its old recycled houses from the
XIX century, Soho Palermo and Palermo Hollywood, with their
fancy bars, restaurants and the night move for all the ages.

Retiro Area:
The place where in old times
lives wealthy families. Today an elegant office area, near
most of the airlines office. Also an area of nice buildings
and fancy stores. Perfect to go by walking to the most
important tourist places. San Martin palace (just around the
corner), San Martin square, Florida pedestrian street, 9 of
July Av., France embassy, French area, Av. Alvear and it
palaces, Patio Bullrich Mall (the most exclusive one in
B.A.), Corrientes Av with its theaters, Colon theater,
Ireland bars and pubs, Av. De Mayo with historical
buildings, Pink house, National Congress. Also lot of public
transport from this area. |

Recoleta
Area:
Today one of the most expensive
places in B.A. French style buildings. Full of green areas,
and fancy stores. From here you can do walking trips to Zoo
and botanic gardens, Recoleta cementery (Evita grove)
Recoleta square with its handmade craft, café bars , Alvear
Av with its mansions , Village Recoleta Mall, etc.
This area
has a wonderful night life. |

Area:
This is one of the oldest
places of B.A. Here used to live the typical characters of
the old B.A. (Tango characters, Malevos, whores, etc…) From
here you can visit by walking to Dorrego square (with its
antique market on weekend and holydays) the pink house, Mayo
Av, National Congress, 9 of JulyAv, Corrientes Av with its
theaters, coffee shops and bookstores.

San Cristobal
Area:
Place where existed many years ago the famous boarding
houses called “conventillos”. Close to San Telmo. You can
reach by walking same places.
All of our
apartments are close to public transportation, so you can
reach any of these areas easily. |
